We enforce the adornment of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) by all personnel working and/or visiting our areas of exploration. We ensure that guests to the exploration properties are educated accordingly regarding the properties and geological setting in which they are visiting.

• We work in conjunction and in harmony with the local people in the area; including providing employment whereby providing a positive social and economically sustainable community. For example, Magellan periodically holds meeting at school during Environment Week and talks to the school children about environmental sustainability
