Magellan Minerals Ltd is committed to ensuring that it incorporates SHEC awareness and management into the activities associated with mineral exploration in all areas of the World in which it operates. We will ensure that all employees, contractors, joint venture partners and visitors to our offices and exploration project areas will be made aware of:
  • our commitment to ensure their safety and health,
  • our requirements to adhere to the Magellan SHEC rules and regulations which are designed to reduce the risks and improve the safety and health of all.
These rules are also designed to prevent pollution and minimize our impact on the environment and maintain favorable community relations in all areas we operate.
We will ensure that Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) is made available to all personnel working and/or visiting our areas of exploration.
We are committed to ensuring we continually improve our SHEC management and will create a working environment where risks are evaluated so as to improve our safety and health standards and reduce environmental impacts and maintain good community relations.
